Our 3 Step Detection & Repair Process

Fast and Efficient Installation

In many period homes, the incoming water main passes through a cellar or basement. Where leaks or restrictions occur, full lead pipe replacement is often more reliable and cost-effective than repeated leak detection or isolated repairs and it’s typically completed the same day.

Heritage-Safe Techniques

All of our engineers are StreetWorks certified. Therefore they have the expertise to work carefully around historic brickwork, stone foundations and original paths, using trenchless moling wherever possible to avoid disturbance.

Certified and Compliant

We are WaterSafe approved. After completion of works, you will receive a compliance certificate and photographic record if required. If eligible, we can support your Lead Replacement Scheme.

Signs You May Still Have Lead Pipes

You may still have lead supply pipes if:‍

  • Your home was built before 1970
  • Your home has a basement or cellar;
  • Exposed pipes are dark grey, soft metal, or easily scratched to a shiny finish;
  • There is a dull thud sound when tapped with a metal object; or
  • When carrying out a magnet test, the magnet doesn’t stick to lead.

If you're unsure, we can assess your supply line and confirm whether a replacement is required.
